DALUA Returns & Refunds Policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Fish have opinions. So do reefers. Here’s how returns and refunds work at DALUA 👇
Returns (Brand New Condition)
Returns are absolutely welcome if the product is brand new, unused, and in perfect condition.
To qualify for a full 100% refund:
Product must be unused
Original box must be intact and undamaged
All accessories, mounts, manuals, and packaging must be included
Item must arrive back to us exactly how we sent it (we have good memories… and cameras)
👉Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If you’d like, we can provide a return label at cost for your convenience.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Opened, Tampered, or Damaged Packaging
If a product:
Has been opened
Shows signs of tampering
Has damaged or heavily worn packaging
Or looks like it’s done a few laps around the postal system
DALUA reserves the right to issue a partial refund (less than 100%).
📸Transparency promise:
For any refund that is less than 100%, we will supply photos on arrival showing the condition of the item and packaging.
No mystery deductions. No funny business.
Products Used Near or Over Water (Very Important)
Because this hobby involves… well… water💦
Any product that has been used over water for any amount of time must be:
Returned for inspection
Tested for corrosion, moisture exposure, and electrical integrity
In these cases, refunds are capped at up to 90% of the purchase price, depending on condition.
Pro Tip (to save yourself money 💡
When testing lights:
Hold the light above your tank
Do not mount it
Do not run it over open water
This allows you to preview the spectrum safely and still qualify for a full refund if it’s not your vibe.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
USA Orders
Free shipping on orders over $49
Rocks and WIO products also ship free
Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may attract extra shipping charges
If that applies to your order, we’ll contact you first — no surprises on your invoice.
🌍International Orders
Free shipping on orders over $199
Certain countries or remote postcodes may require additional shipping charges
If so, DALUA will contact you before shipping to confirm your approval
No approval = no shipment. Easy.
Final Notes (The Boring but Necessary Stuff)
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
DALUA reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside these terms
